About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and lead visual concepts for Marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives, from briefing through final delivery
- Develop key visuals, visual identities, and campaign adaptations for different channels and formats
- Lead Art Direction by defining visual language, composition, typography, colors, imagery, and other graphic elements
- Create materials for social media, campaigns, presentations, institutional and commercial communications, events, advertisements, landing pages, and print
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across different brands, audiences, channels, and formats
- Translate communication objectives and briefs into creative, strategic, and relevant visual solutions
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, Copywriting, Audiovisual, and other teams
- Present and champion creative concepts and decisions, contributing to project development
- Organize and manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining quality, autonomy, and adherence to deadlines
- Monitor trends, references, and market developments to bring new ideas and raise the standard of Design deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Solid experience as a Graphic Designer, with proven experience in Art Direction
- Strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating experience with campaigns, visual identities, key visuals, and campaign adaptations
- Strong command of Design fundamentals, including composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color, grids, image editing, and visual identity
- Experience with branding, campaigns, and creative production for different channels and formats
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and/or Canva
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate communication objectives into visual solutions
- Creative, strategic, organized, autonomous, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to receive, implement, and champion creative decisions
- Ability to prioritize requests and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
