About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
Supervise project workflows using Jira
Provide updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues
Meet with stakeholders to ensure effective resource management
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Communicate project risks and updates to stakeholders and C-suite executives
Optimize project processes and lifecycles for continuous improvement
Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
Ensure regular communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1–2 years of experience in a project management role
Experience driving agile projects
Experience managing Jira boards
Ability to oversee multiple projects from idea to launch while meeting timelines and budgets
Ability to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
Experience with risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and C-suite executives
Experience optimizing project processes and lifecycles
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and change management
Experience escalating project issues and conflicts
Knowledge of compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards when applicable
Experience working with external contractors, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships
Experience creating Gantt charts
