About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Amazon listings, cases, and marketplace data with precision
Make live listing updates to titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images
Monitor listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history
Open and manage Amazon Seller Central cases end-to-end
Provide case documentation and escalate strategically when needed
Research and track keywords using Helium 10 or similar tools
Update listings responsibly and monitor changes in rank and traffic
Export and organize advertising campaign data
Identify and flag underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns
Follow existing advertising structures and naming conventions
Maintain accurate spreadsheets, formulas, dates, and formatting
Collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners
Track multiple listings, live campaigns, and tight timelines
Submit a cover letter addressing relevant achievements, company values, toughest challenge overcome, recent books, and hobbies
Explain current employment status and reasons for seeking a new role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience owning Amazon listings, cases, and data with precision
Experience managing real ASINs and making live listing updates
Ability to update titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images
Systems-first operations mindset using checklists, SOPs, and clean processes
Fluency in Amazon Seller Central
Ability to manage Amazon cases end-to-end, provide documentation, and escalate strategically
Experience with SEO, keywords, and listing performance
Experience using Helium 10 or similar tools
Understanding of Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP
Ability to export and organize campaign data accurately
Ability to identify underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns
Strong spreadsheet and data accuracy skills
Ability to work collaboratively with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners
Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
Humble, hungry to learn, and people smart
Walmart Seller Center or other marketplace experience is a plus, but not required
Exposure to regulated or health-related categories is a plus, but not required
International marketplace experience is a plus, but not required
