About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the IT Directorate’s demand lifecycle, from intake and structuring through prioritization, monitoring, and closure.
  • Lead alignment meetings with business areas and technology teams to understand needs, dependencies, impacts, and priorities.
  • Support the definition and application of prioritization criteria, contributing to value-, urgency-, effort-, risk-, and capacity-based decision-making.
  • Map, document, review, and improve processes, workflows, and responsibilities related to demand management.
  • Monitor queues, deadlines, SLAs, metrics, and outstanding items, promoting visibility among relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
  • Identify bottlenecks, rework, risks, and opportunities to simplify processes within the IT Directorate.
  • Support the configuration and evolution of workflows and service desk and demand management tools, especially Jira Service Management.
  • Contribute to automation, Generative AI, AI agents, and chatbot initiatives applied to processes when operationally appropriate.
  • Support the organization of events, training, and development initiatives for the IT Directorate.
  • Strengthen governance, standardization, continuous improvement, and internal customer experience practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in demand management, processes, governance, IT operations, or IT services.
  • Experience working at the interface between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Experience simultaneously monitoring demands, deadlines, metrics, and priorities.
  • Experience developing or improving governance processes and routines.
  • Knowledge of IT demand management and the relationship between business and technology.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, documentation, and improvement.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and service management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, workflows, and prioritization routines.
  • Ability to monitor metrics, SLAs, queues, and action plans.
  • Knowledge of Jira Service Management or an equivalent tool.
  • Courses or certifications in ITIL, BPM/BPMN, IT Governance, Process Management, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Power Platform, or AI applied to processes are desirable.
  • Knowledge of automation, Generative AI, AI agents, or chatbots is considered a plus.
