About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the digital transformation focal point for the Procurement function
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Map current-state (AS-IS) processes and propose future-state (TO-BE) improvements
- Translate business needs into solutions for technical teams and suppliers
- Support the evolution of Procurement processes and platforms (Requisition-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay)
- Participate in the functional definition of solutions involving SAP, Power Platform, APIs, Analytics, and other technologies
- Manage the backlog, prioritize requests, and define acceptance criteria
- Conduct testing, user acceptance testing, and solution validation
- Develop automation, data analysis, and business-focused artificial intelligence initiatives
- Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials
- Lead workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders
- Support solution implementation and user adoption
- Act as the interface between business units, Technology, suppliers, and end users
- Monitor opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of Procurement processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Procurement processes
- Experience gathering and specifying business requirements
- Experience mapping, reviewing, and improving processes
- Participation in digital transformation, automation, or innovation projects
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management
- Knowledge of system integrations and API concepts
- Experience with data analysis and performance indicators
- Experience in corporate environments using platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Power Platform, or Power BI is a plus
- Experience working in large companies
- Experience with cost-reduction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Willingness and availability to travel
