Key responsibilities & impact

Support recruitment processes for positions in Technology, Data, Product, and digital teams.
Conduct candidate sourcing and talent mapping on recruitment platforms and professional networks.
Support resume screening and analysis, assessing candidates’ fit for available opportunities.
Assist with candidate communication throughout the various stages of the recruitment process.
Support the scheduling and monitoring of interviews and assessments.
Update information and candidate status changes in recruitment and selection systems.
Prepare and maintain tracking tools, spreadsheets, reports, and team metrics.
Support data analysis related to the recruitment funnel.
Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives within Talent Acquisition processes.
Use digital tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions to support talent attraction and selection activities.
Monitor trends in the technology market, digital careers, and recruitment best practices.
Interact with managers, candidates, and partner teams to support hiring needs.

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology Management, Business Processes Management, or a related field.
Proficiency with office productivity suites, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Comfortable using digital systems and tools.
Strong organizational and information analysis skills.
Interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Interest in understanding technology careers and professionals.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms, is a plus.
Organization and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Interest in Talent Acquisition and technology-focused recruiting.
Basic knowledge of careers in Software Development, Data, Cloud, Digital Products, Infrastructure, or Information Security.
Participation in academic projects, innovation initiatives, student organizations, or junior enterprises.
Experience with data analysis, metrics, or dashboards.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, or similar platforms.
