Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise process transformation by establishing the future-state business process model using SAP standard capabilities, leading practices, and simplification opportunities
Document, sustain, and deploy future-state processes with Business Process Owners
Establish governance mechanisms for standardized processes and minimize local customization
Align enterprise process standards with site-level operational requirements and resolve conflicts
Facilitate process harmonization workshops with functional and operational leadership teams
Ensure process design supports scalability, compliance, operational efficiency, and SAP standard functionality
Own governance, quality, and stewardship of operational master data across assigned process domains
Approve and prioritize master data changes and improve master data processes and controls
Develop and execute the enterprise business readiness strategy for ERP deployment
Identify risks, points of failure, contingency plans, and readiness metrics
Plan operational staffing, business rhythms, training-period coverage, and Hypercare support
Develop operational KPIs, monitoring methods, and reporting cadence
Ensure employees understand role and responsibility changes
Determine key-user and backfill needs and outline coverage schedules
Support external business partners in aligning operational changes
Identify Cutover and Hypercare leadership coverage and information-cascading responsibilities
Create opportunities for transparent, timely updates and identify roadblocks to business ownership
Plan post-Go-Live supervisory activities to support new ways of working and early issue identification
Drive stakeholder engagement across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, customer service, finance, and commercial functions
Build operational-leader commitment to adopting new ways of working
Lead readiness reviews with executive stakeholders and deployment governance teams
Partner with Operational Change Management & Training to achieve training, process adoption, organizational readiness, and business ownership before deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business
10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, operations, ERP transformation, or operational excellence
Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year ERP deployments, preferably SAP
Experience deploying standardized business processes across multiple manufacturing locations
Experience establishing operational master data governance and quality programs
Experience influencing senior leaders across operational and functional organizations
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
