About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute annual and multi-year CDO membership growth plans for Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and North Carolina
  • Drive AEP readiness and enrollment execution across all four markets
  • Coordinate with Provider Contracting, CDO market leadership, and directly contracted physician groups on enrollment goals and activation strategies
  • Analyze market-level enrollment trends, competitive positioning, physician practice dynamics, and membership expansion opportunities
  • Develop and maintain growth analytics frameworks tracking enrollment, attribution, membership trends, campaign performance, and ROI
  • Optimize resource allocation and report results to CDO leadership
  • Develop and oversee the CDO growth budget
  • Allocate resources across markets, physician group activation programs, and AEP campaigns
  • Track spending against enrollment and membership outcomes and reallocate investment toward high-performing channels
  • Build, lead, and develop the CDO Strategic Growth team
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage performance and retention of marketing and growth staff
  • Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible growth, marketing, or business development experience
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable membership, enrollment, or market share growth in managed care or Medicare Advantage
  • Significant experience working directly with health plans, CDOs, or physician groups in a Medicare Advantage environment
  • Direct accountability for enrollment or attribution outcomes
  • Experience developing and executing annual and multi-year growth plans with measurable membership and enrollment results
  • Experience coordinating AEP readiness and promotional execution across multiple markets
  • Ability to build and manage growth analytics frameworks, track ROI, and optimize investment decisions using enrollment and attribution performance data
  • Experience analyzing market-level enrollment trends, competitive dynamics, and membership expansion opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of professional experience and education will be considered
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Medicare Advantage marketing regulations, AEP requirements, and CMS marketing guidelines
  • Expert ability to develop and execute Medicare Advantage growth plans and enrollment strategies
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute AEP readiness and enrollment programs across multiple markets
  • Ability to build and maintain growth analytics frameworks
  • Experience managing significant growth and marketing budgets across multiple markets and programs
  • Proven ability to work with Provider Contracting, CDO market leadership, and directly contracted physician groups
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing CDO growth team
  • Preferred: Director or Sr. Director-level Medicare Advantage experience
  • Preferred: Value-based care growth strategy, physician group engagement, or multi-market managed care experience
  • Preferred: Physician practice-level data integration experience
