About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain Java applications and APIs in a Spring Boot environment
Participate in modernizing legacy applications and design new features that meet business needs
Develop and evolve microservices architectures
Contribute to application deployments and operations on AWS, as well as the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
Strengthen software quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and participate in code reviews
Ensure compliance with Clean Code and SOLID principles and development standards
Use and leverage SonarQube
Contribute to reducing technical debt and continuously improving the application foundation
Participate in analyzing and resolving production incidents and collaborate with SRE teams to improve monitoring, stability, and performance
Work with the Tech Lead, developers, QA teams, and Product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
Experience with AWS Cloud environments
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of microservices architectures and REST APIs
Ability to work on application enhancements and maintenance
Awareness of technical debt and application modernization challenges
Ability to work in an Agile environment as part of cross-functional teams, with autonomy, rigor, and a collaborative mindset
French: Fluent
English: Intermediate
