About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct impact assessments and functional analyses
- Draft functional specifications based on business requirements and existing data
- Act as the liaison between business teams, project ownership (MOA), and development teams
- Support project delivery (MOE) teams in understanding and implementing changes
- Participate in testing and validation phases
- Configure tools and applications
- Contribute to monitoring enhancements and continuously improving processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial or banking environment
- Significant experience drafting functional specifications and coordinating with business and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Finance ALM (Asset & Liability Management) challenges and processes
- Comfortable with testing and configuration activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Regnology’s RCO software (formerly Moody’s) is an additional asset
- French: Proficient
- English: Intermediate
