About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide an end-to-end view of business solution architecture and ensure alignment with strategic planning and enterprise architecture;
Analyze and document current and target business needs, capabilities, processes, and models;
Contribute to the design of the target organizational model, including processes, roles, and responsibilities;
Conduct opportunity assessments, preliminary analyses, feasibility studies, and business solution designs;
Assess the benefits, performance criteria, risks, profitability, and business case for proposed solutions;
Prepare business cases, decision briefs, strategic presentations, and recommendations for management;
Model current and target processes and identify optimization opportunities;
Coordinate key stakeholders and maintain effective communication among all parties;
Participate in quality assurance for deliverables and verify that solutions align with established requirements;
Ensure sustainability and knowledge transfer through appropriate documentation and communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration, management, technology, engineering, or a related field;
Relevant experience in business architecture, strategic business analysis, organizational transformation, or enterprise architecture;
Experience in strategic planning, process modeling and optimization, financial analysis, and project management;
Knowledge of complex organizations and interorganizational relationships;
Knowledge of BABOK, BIZBOK, TOGAF, PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable frameworks;
Proficiency in BPM modeling, process mapping, and process optimization;
Ability to produce structured deliverables and clearly represent abstract concepts;
Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills;
Experience with design thinking, capability analysis, and business model canvases;
Knowledge of risk analysis and management, performance indicators, and estimation methods;
Experience facilitating workshops, conducting interviews and focus groups, and mapping stakeholders;
Experience preparing business cases, roadmaps, impact analyses, and value propositions;
