Define the scope, objectives, expected outcomes, and roadmap for business initiatives;
Develop and maintain plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance mechanisms;
Gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements with business units;
Engage stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and manage expectations;
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align business, technology, and operational workstreams;
Prepare steering committees and report on progress, risks, and decisions;
Assess organizational impacts and support change management and adoption;
Manage vendors, contractual commitments, and external dependencies;
Measure benefits and confirm the achievement of business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing business, transformation, or organizational implementation projects;
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, governance, and risk management;
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools;
Ability to understand processes and build connections across multiple business areas;
Influential leadership, political acumen, and the ability to engage stakeholders;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and synthesis skills;
PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification;
Experience in consulting, financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry;
Knowledge of change management and business analysis;
French: Advanced
