About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop autonomous AI agents that address complex business needs
- Develop intelligent workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Implement RAG architectures and integrate external tools
- Design memory, reasoning, and planning mechanisms
- Evaluate, test, and optimize response quality and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with data, architecture, and development teams to deploy solutions to production
- Ensure the security, governance, and compliance of artificial intelligence solutions
- Participate in technology watch activities focused on generative AI and agentic frameworks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience and 2 years of experience with AI or machine learning technologies
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, with proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and distributed architectures
- Knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini; vector databases; RAG; MCP; Docker; and Kubernetes
- Advanced French proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry
- Experience developing multi-agent systems
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Knowledge of open models such as Llama, Mistral, or DeepSeek
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices
