About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop high-value features
- Conduct impact analyses, contribute to design decisions, and estimate workload
- Ensure compliance with development, security, and quality best practices
- Continuously improve code quality and test coverage
- Participate in advanced technical diagnostics and production deployments
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers and help them build their skills
- Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions
- Contribute to technical decisions and work across the entire development lifecycle
- Work with Ionic/Angular on the front end
- Use Java and Spring Boot on the back end
- Use Docker and Podman, along with CI/CD tools and cloud environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4–5 years of software development experience
- Experience with modern architectures and Agile environments
- Excellent command of Angular
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring development
- French: Advanced
- English: Proficient
- Strong commitment to quality, autonomy, and ability to work as part of a team
