Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects, teams, or delivery streams
Define priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and quality criteria
Mentor, engage, and support QA analysts and testers
Clearly communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders
Facilitate status updates, quality reviews, and defect triage sessions
Develop and continuously improve testing strategies, plans, and approaches
Ensure coverage of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing
Establish traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and results
Define and track quality metrics, entry and exit criteria, and acceptance thresholds
Integrate AI-assisted testing practices and assess the reliability and limitations of generated results
Administer and structure testing and defect management activities in Jira and Xray
Collaborate in an Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environment integrated with DevOps and CI/CD practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 to 10 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance
Significant experience as a QA Lead, QA Coordinator, or Quality Lead
Experience using automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Robot Framework, and Clear Right
Practical experience with or in-depth knowledge of AI-assisted testing approaches
Experience with defect management, traceability, quality reporting, and risk-based testing
Demonstrated leadership in team engagement, priority management, and cross-functional coordination
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced French proficiency
ISTQB certification or equivalent
Experience in test automation, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in a complex or regulated enterprise environment
Knowledge of performance, security, accessibility, or data testing
Experience in digital transformation or platform modernization
