About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain OTBI analyses, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions
  • Troubleshoot performance, security, data validation, and subject-area issues
  • Develop BI Publisher reports and configure parameters, bursting, scheduling, and delivery options
  • Support Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View report development, maintenance, validation, and reconciliation
  • Support Narrative Reporting report packages, management reporting deliverables, data-source integration, workflows, and users
  • Support Fusion Data Intelligence reporting development, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and user adoption
  • Participate in reporting assessments, inventory reviews, requirements gathering, documentation, development planning, and specification activities
  • Execute testing, validation, reconciliation, and deployment support for Oracle Cloud reporting solutions
  • Develop training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation and support training sessions
  • Provide post-go-live support for incidents, enhancements, and Oracle updates
  • Collaborate with reporting leads, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud reporting, analytics, BI, ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, or related enterprise reporting initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Fusion Data Intelligence
  • Experience with SQL, data models, templates, prompts, parameters, calculations, dashboard design, scheduling, and bursting
  • Experience with data reconciliation, report testing, defect analysis, issue resolution, source-to-report validation, and reporting documentation
  • Experience with Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, EPM, and cross-functional reporting use cases in distributed project environments
  • Advanced English
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and time management skills
  • Oracle Cloud or relevant analytics/reporting certifications are an extra edge
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM reporting is an extra edge
  • Experience with FDI, OAC, analytics dashboard implementations, reporting assessments, reporting inventory analysis, rationalization, future-state reporting strategy, and concurrent projects or managed-services clients is an extra edge
  • Experience delivering training, knowledge transfer, user support, and troubleshooting reporting performance, security, data validation, and source-to-report discrepancies is an extra edge
