About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business and functional requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability;
Design, document, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases;
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and/or user acceptance testing;
Validate applications against requirements and acceptance criteria;
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution;
Apply a risk-based testing approach to maximize coverage of critical functionality;
Develop test plans, test strategies, and execution reports;
Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, results, and defects;
Participate in effort estimation, QA deliverable planning, and Agile ceremonies;
Use AI-assisted tools to support test design, requirements analysis, and defect investigation;
Track testing progress and contribute to dashboards, reports, and quality metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in software quality assurance;
Experience leading testing activities for complex projects or multiple workstreams;
Experience defining test strategies and risk-based approaches;
Experience with Jira, Xray, and automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Postman, Robot Framework, and Clear Right;
Experience with API and integration testing, defect management, and test documentation;
Ability to advise and mentor less experienced QA team members;
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing lifecycle, and Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies;
Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and stakeholder management skills;
French: Advanced
