About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and champion the architectural vision across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Support Epics, Features, and Enablers throughout their lifecycle
- Build and maintain the Architectural Runway in collaboration with stakeholders
- Actively participate in PI Planning and support development teams in their technical decisions
- Ensure the consistency of microservices architectures, application programming interfaces (APIs), and Event-Driven Architecture
- Contribute to Azure Cloud, DevOps, observability, and security strategies
- Lead initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt and improving software quality
- Collaborate with domain architects, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), application managers, and development teams in an international environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in large-scale distributed systems architecture
- Proficiency in SAFe Agile environments and associated architecture practices
- Ability to define strategic architectural direction and align multiple teams around common standards
- Strong communication and communication-of-complex-concepts skills when working with technical and business stakeholders
- Cross-functional perspective enabling architecture decisions to be balanced in complex environments
- SAFe, cloud, or architecture certification
- Experience with observability, application modernization, and DevOps transformation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in French
- Proficiency in English
- Expertise in microservices, SOA, REST APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and Kafka
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle
- Knowledge of Dynatrace and Kibana
- Knowledge of IAM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Security by Design
- Knowledge of SAFe, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
