Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as an Agile leader and coach for the teams
Support the development of expertise in Agile methodologies
Facilitate communication, feedback, and the resolution of organizational issues
Support Product Owners in backlog management and the improvement of product processes
Set up and maintain team boards and backlogs
Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, Daily Meetings, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Support the drafting and improvement of Epics, Features, and User Stories
Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress or performance
Participate in the Agile community and contribute to the harmonization of methods
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer focus
Lead Agile training and coaching sessions

What you’ll need

Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) and/or SAFe certification
Significant experience as a Scrum Master in complex Agile environments
Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously and helping them develop greater autonomy
Proficiency in the Scrum and SAFe frameworks
Ability to adapt Agile practices to the context and maturity of the teams
Servant-leader mindset and the ability to unite teams around common goals
Ability to support Product Owners with backlog management, structuring, and prioritization
Excellent facilitation and listening skills, with the ability to establish an environment of trust
Experience working with technical, DevOps, or Middleware teams is an asset
Fluent French
Advanced English
