Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support the team in applying Scrum principles and Agile practices suited to its context
Help the team define clear objectives, maintain a healthy product backlog, and meet its commitments
Identify impediments, support their resolution, and follow up on required actions
Foster autonomy, accountability, collaboration, and communication within the team
Collaborate with the Product Owner, managers, and stakeholders
Use relevant Agile metrics to support discussions and continuous improvement
Contribute to managing dependencies, risks, and cross-team issues
Facilitate workshops and support Agile transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience as a Scrum Master supporting multidisciplinary teams
Experience in facilitation, team coaching, and conflict management
Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles
Ability to influence, engage, and build trusted relationships without formal authority
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
French: Advanced
PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an asset
Experience with organizational or large-scale transformation is an asset
Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams is an asset
Knowledge of technology environments, software development, or consulting services, as well as DevOps and continuous delivery practices, is an asset
