About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Scrum events and relationships between different stakeholders
- Accompany and support the team and stakeholders to improve ways of working and gain maturity
- Contribute to team organization to improve performance and maturity, reduce wasted time and simplify execution
- Create a work environment promoting skill development, teamwork, creativity and recognition of team achievements
- Expose the team to best development practices
- Support the product owner in practice and development, and in establishing, prioritizing and updating the product backlog
- Ensure successful delivery of the team’s initiatives and roadmap
- Participate in continuous improvement of Agile practices
- Support the evolution of agility within the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in computer science or a related field
- Scrum certifications or other relevant certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology field, including 3 years as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience managing multiple teams
- Participation in large-scale deliveries involving integrated planning of multiple products or teams
- Mastery of Scrum concepts
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools (Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps)
- French: Proficient
- English: Intermediate; required for frequent communication with employees and managers outside Quebec
