About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and implement the overall change management strategy for the Atlassian Cloud migration program
- Develop an adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives and integrate change activities into program governance
- Assess organizational readiness, identify potential resistance, and define mitigation strategies
- Design and implement communication, engagement, training, and user support strategies
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, and communities of practice involving multiple business areas
- Advise sponsors, project leadership, and managers on change management best practices
- Provide strategic recommendations to governance committees and senior leadership
- Develop mechanisms, metrics, and dashboards to measure adoption, organizational readiness, and benefits realization
- Monitor adoption-related risks and recommend corrective actions that support continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in change management, organizational communication, or organizational transformation
- Significant experience in large-scale technology transformation programs and complex environments involving multiple business units
- Excellent command of change management methodologies, particularly Prosci or an equivalent methodology
- Strong ability to influence managers, executives, and program sponsors
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Influential leadership skills and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams without direct authority
- In-depth understanding of the people-related challenges associated with digital transformation and the ability to translate business objectives into practical adoption strategies
- Experience migrating to cloud environments
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
- French: Advanced
