About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business requirements and transformation objectives
- Contribute to opportunity assessments and scoping phases
- Facilitate workshops with business units, business sponsors (MOA), and project teams
- Design functional architectures and target models centered on CLEVA
- Identify gaps between business requirements and solution capabilities
- Define business rules, user journeys, and functional flows
- Ensure the overall consistency of processes and data
- Support delivery teams in implementing functional decisions
- Participate in testing and change enablement phases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in life and health insurance
- Functional expertise in the CLEVA solution
- Good knowledge of health insurance, protection, or savings domains
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering skills
- Ability to bridge business objectives and information systems constraints
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong communication skills
- French: Proficient
- Proficiency with the CLEVA software package
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
