About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve the technical architecture surrounding the CLEVA platform
- Conduct impact assessments and validate the technical direction of projects
- Design solutions that address performance, security, and maintainability requirements
- Support development teams in resolving complex technical challenges
- Oversee data flows and interfaces with other applications in the information system (IS)
- Participate in resolving major incidents and conducting root cause analyses
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture and development practices
- Proactively recommend initiatives related to modernization, automation, and innovation
- Work environment: CLEVA software package; Agile methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of significant experience in application architecture and Java development
- Advanced knowledge of the CLEVA solution
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and systems integration challenges
- Ability to take a strategic view of technical challenges while remaining closely connected to operational teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to share expertise
- Experience in the insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, or social protection sectors
- Experience delivering large-scale information systems (IS) transformation programs
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Interest in automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and architecture modernization
- French: Fluent
