About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex IT projects end to end, ensuring compliance with objectives, timelines, budgets, and commitments made by the IT department
Coordinate all contributing IT teams, as well as the vendors, software publishers, and external partners involved in project delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for the project’s executive sponsor on behalf of the IT department and provide regular progress updates
Ensure the quality and reliability of estimates related to costs, schedules, constraints, and performance-tracking indicators
Collaborate with business units and all stakeholders to foster coordination and achieve shared objectives
Build cohesion among internal IT teams and promote a collaborative way of working
Oversee production deployments and monitor any incidents or issues that may arise
Identify, anticipate, and track risks, alerts, watchpoints, and interdependencies with the client’s other projects
Implement and oversee project governance in accordance with the client’s processes and methodologies
Provide regular executive reporting on progress, key performance indicators, risks, and alerts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience as an IT Project Manager leading transformational projects in complex environments
Experience with enterprise software integration projects
Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors
Experience participating in steering committees with business leadership
Strong command of project management methodologies
Ability to lead projects end to end and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, particularly development and infrastructure teams
Demonstrated leadership, a strong team-oriented mindset, and the ability to unite diverse stakeholders around shared objectives
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
Strong listening and interpersonal skills, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative
Energetic, rigorous, well-organized, adaptable, responsive, and able to manage priorities effectively
French: Proficient
