About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Complete required training and uphold Allara’s clinical policies, standards, and best practices
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting promptly
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks
- Dedicate a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Active national board certification in Gynecology
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist
- Experience focused on chronic and complex women’s health conditions including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity
- Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity
- Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
- Commitment to evidence-based care rooted in current clinical research
- Proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states
- At least one active license must be in a state with an active hiring need
- Multistate licensure, or eligibility to license across states through the IMLC, is required
