About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Complete required training and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices
  • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting promptly
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and care
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10–20 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Active national board certification in Gynecology
  • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as a Gynecologist
  • Experience treating chronic and complex women's health conditions, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity
  • Ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with compassion and clarity
  • Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
  • Comfort working with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
  • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in one or more U.S. states
  • At least one active license must be in a state where Allara has an active hiring need
  • Multistate licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure across states through the IMLC, is required
  • Prior telehealth experience is a plus
