About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct thorough patient assessments via video visits
- Develop personalized treatment plans

Requirements
What you’ll need- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity
- Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity
- Ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
- Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
- Technical proficiency with EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
- Minimum of 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses
- At least 2 licenses in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous), plus 1 or more additional state licenses based on hiring needs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship question included in application
