About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update Actual vs. Budget tracking databases and controls, supporting reconciliations and verification of entries
- Prepare recurring reports and support the maintenance of analyses, ensuring consistency, standardization, and control
- Support the budgeting process by collecting information, updating templates, and checking data completion
- Conduct low- to medium-complexity analyses and prepare reports under the guidance of more senior analysts
- Support the maintenance of management records and structures, such as cost centers, allocations, and accounts, in spreadsheets and/or systems
- Support the extraction and organization of financial data from ERP systems, BI tools, and spreadsheets
- Review information and support the validation of data used in management reports
- Support the organization of departmental files, controls, and documentation, ensuring standardization and traceability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of financial routines and controls
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Spreadsheet data organization and processing
- Basic understanding of financial reports and controls
- Ability to review and validate information
- Knowledge of financial planning, including budgeting and performance tracking, is a plus
- Basic knowledge of BI tools, such as Power BI or similar platforms, is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Protheus or similar platforms, is a plus
- Interest in developing technical expertise in the financial field
