About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform legal and operational activities within the scope of responsibility
- Conduct low-complexity legal analyses in accordance with the department’s procedures and technical guidelines
- Draft templates, basic legal opinions, submissions, reports, and legal support documents for operational activities
- Support the analysis and validation of the department’s procedural, financial, and operational information
- Monitor and control assigned matters, ensuring compliance with established deadlines
- Support the preparation and updating of the department’s KPIs, reports, and management controls
- Provide technical support to partner law firms and internal departments on matters related to the area of expertise
- Participate in the implementation of improvements to the processes, controls, and operational workflows of the Legal Operations Department
- Keep information and records up to date in the company’s corporate and legal systems
- Contribute to process compliance, adherence to internal policies, and the quality of legal operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Knowledge of civil procedure, legal management systems, legal document drafting, and legal operations routines
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Basic Power BI skills; knowledge of performance indicators, process management, compliance, regulatory law, and legal data management will be considered an advantage
