About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the regional Senior Marketing Strategist in developing and executing marketing initiatives, events, and experiences for the Dallas and Houston markets
  • Build partnerships with managing directors and advisors to develop multichannel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and priority client demographics
  • Oversee marketing strategy and event execution from start to finish
  • Manage budgets related to advisor marketing strategies within the defined cohort
  • Track KPIs and ROI and report on activity effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Data team to make data-driven decisions
  • Manage internal and external mailings, invitations, and other communications
  • Partner with the Events Agency and advisor client servicing teams on event and activity execution
  • Develop integrated communications plans spanning email, social media, strategic partnerships, and related channels
  • Partner with the other Central Region AMS to support coverage of additional offices
  • Lead national projects as needed
  • Identify innovation opportunities, leverage existing technology, drive process improvement, and monitor industry trends and best practices
  • Partner with the training team to align training, partnerships, and priorities
  • Support ongoing internal training for advisors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years previous experience in a marketing/events role
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Salesforce and Pardot knowledge is a plus
