About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain information technology strategies related to Agency Management Systems and other assigned technologies
Serve as the main connection point between information technology and Alliant end users for onboarding, data migration, testing of new front office technologies, and user efficiencies
Lead and manage planning and onboarding of business application data migration for newly acquired organizations and front office staff
Conduct group meetings and assist with personnel training
Work with the IT team to move systems into legacy status and assist with application termination
Convert newly acquired organization data from legacy systems into Alliant systems
Evaluate internal and external challenges and provide action plans and follow-up to ensure positive relationships and application/business system adoption
Support development and promotion of user groups for external and internal end users
Assist in strategic technology planning and identify changes in vendor business systems and Alliant business operations
Develop and maintain communications regarding outages, upgrades, policies, and other changes
Conduct regular security reviews and provide audit and usage information to IT and related business units
Provide demonstrations and assist with technical troubleshooting from an end-user perspective
Work with business and IT teams to support information technology processes through implementation
Attend relevant industry and technology user groups and conferences
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) or more years of related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills
Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent customer services skills, including telephone and listening skills
Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork
Ability to interface with internal and external executives
Ability to clearly understand business processes in order to communicate them to information technology resources
