About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate delivery and installation with clients
  • Conduct installation inspections and quality-control inspections
  • Perform field measurements
  • Drive a box truck to deliver cabinets and load and unload cabinets
  • Hire new subcontractors
  • Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment
  • Maintain a competent installer network and ensure paperwork is complete and timely
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues
  • Attend client-mandated meetings as required
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and all AIS departments
  • Maintain a highly visible presence on job sites
  • Coordinate all aspects of Single-family project installations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience
  • Previous construction management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and planning
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed
  • Strong understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who is flexible and able to follow processes
  • Collaborative, honest, adaptable, and creative approach
  • Ability to prioritize clients and represent AIS with pride and integrity
  • Ability to communicate efficiently across departments and meet deadlines
