About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate, analyze, and ensure the integrity of the company’s accounting and management information
- Perform the management closing process, analyze variances, and prepare executive reports
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, ensuring reliability, automation, and analytical depth
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Support accounting reviews, critical reconciliations, internal controls, and compliance with policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of controllership processes, driving efficiency and governance
- Work directly on financial planning, including the annual budget, forecasts, earnings projections, and performance analyses
- Build financial models and reports to support business areas and senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical foundation in Accounting (BRGAAP and a working knowledge of IFRS)
- Solid FP&A experience, with the ability to structure analyses, projections, and scenarios
- Expertise in preparing management reports, dashboards, and executive reports
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, data modeling, and integration with diverse data sources
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills
- SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and the ability to turn information into actionable insights
