About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of HMI studies to improve the comprehensibility, usability, and user experience of human-machine interfaces
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative user studies
- Create research materials such as interview guides and questionnaires
- Support the analysis of study results
- Prepare reports and presentations of findings
- Manage client relationships
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary project teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field, ideally at master’s level
- Initial experience in HMI research or user research
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Analytical and methodological skills
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Proactive attitude
- Flexibility and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to use it for project-related activities when required
- Interest in technology, modern vehicles, and driver assistance systems
- Alignment with the company’s values and culture
