About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide access management support to application owners and end users across Finance systems
- Work with Finance Product Owners, Finance Technical team and third parties including SAP, Coupa and Bottomline
- Scope and design access changes in accordance with PWC and SAP audits on segregation of duties and licences
- Implement and monitor access controls across IT systems
- Monitor and track access control audits in the IT Audit Matrix
- Manage IT technical controls in line with Business Assurance compliance
- Manage role lifecycles across SAP ECC, SAC, Coupa, People XD and Bottomline PTX (BACS)
- Resolve SAP authorisation issues
- Manage role profiles to support the annual licence audit
- Manage Governance, Risk and Compliance systems
- Provide SAP authorisation support to the business
- Manage SAP technical system risks
- Ensure IT technical controls and access control audits are completed according to requirements and policy
- Resolve discrepancies identified in access control audits and identify issue trends
- Escalate issues to the Head of Information Security
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience SAP GRC and ideally IAG
- Knowledge of how to build and deploy profiles with SAP
- Ability to understand security and authorisation with SAP
- Experience of management of incidents and problems using ITIL v3 methodology
- Strong 2nd line support background
- Experience of communicating with all levels of departmental management
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills plus attention to detail
- Belief in high quality and control and strong personal commitment to structured ITIL working practices such as Change and Problem Management, testing procedures and documentation, and adherence to company baselines and standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, responsiveness, enthusiasm, ability to work alone and as part of a team, and ability to foster positive relationships
