About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver foundational training to service personnel to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Serve as a subject matter expert for Ally's Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance programs
Coach dealership teams on sales effectiveness and process optimization
Implement, support, and track progress of Fixed Operations Consulting programs
Conduct dealer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
Collaborate with matrix partners to advance acquisition and retention goals
Execute operational assignments as directed by leadership
Present fixed operations content to internal and external stakeholders
Use automotive fixed operations expertise to assist dealers with profitability goals
Partner with dealership teams to deliver training and innovative solutions
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Track progress, present insights, and execute operational initiatives with measurable results

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Analytical abilities to break down claim information into trends
Proven experience in franchised dealership Fixed Operations preferred
Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing dealership operating statements preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to uncover customer needs and deliver solutions
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OEM warranty policies and procedures preferred
Understanding of fixed operations KPIs preferred
Automotive technical knowledge required
Familiarity with dealer management systems preferred
Willingness to travel up to 75%
Must be located near a major airport
