Perform analysis to drive change within the business
Identify, quantify and propose risk/reward trade-offs of recommendations
Develop strategy and associated performance analysis to achieve business objectives and results
Apply business knowledge and balanced judgment in interpreting data
Provide analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations
Lead analytics projects requiring technical sophistication and the ability to navigate ambiguity
Perform ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
Mentor developing analytics professionals
Connect with other analytics teams to build capability
Engage in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of relevant analytics experience in banking and/or financial services
Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Applied Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years experience in analytics
Banking, financial services, and/or analytics experience
Independent thought/work
Business acumen
Knowledge of financial statements and concepts
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of processes, systems, and technology to coordinate implementation of change
Intermediate technical skills with Excel and/or analysis software
Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks within longer-term projects and ad hoc analysis while communicating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Ability to craft engaging data-driven strategic recommendations to influence decision-makers
Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
