About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling judicial credit recovery proceedings
- Drafting pleadings and other procedural documents in enforcement actions, judgment enforcement proceedings, and other enforcement measures
- Reviewing case files and defining credit recovery strategies
- Monitoring proceedings and managing deadlines
- Conducting asset searches and analyzing enforcement measures to satisfy outstanding claims
- Preparing reports and updating case information
- Communicating with clients to coordinate and monitor matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Organization and deadline management
- Familiarity with legal systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in judicial credit recovery will be considered an advantage
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Law or Civil Procedure is preferred, with a focus on strengthening technical and practical expertise in the respective areas
