About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Study, advise on, and design secure architectures
- Evaluate security solutions available on the market
- Help clients make informed technical decisions
- Implement solutions for clients, from PoC through integration, deployment, and technical acceptance testing
- Train client teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents
- Provide expertise to improve clients’ infrastructures
- Develop and enhance the team’s best practices
- Build close working relationships with vendor partners
- Provide occasional support to the Managed Services / Hosting team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree (or equivalent five-year higher education degree)
- At least 2 years of experience in security integration
- Familiarity with Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco, Zscaler, or Aerohive
- CCSA or CCSE certifications preferred
- Excellent English skills
- Proven initial experience in consulting or working for an end client
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written communication skills
