About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in and review requirements and specifications during sprint planning
- Provide information and details to ensure test coverage
- Build, recommend, and maintain frameworks to automate test scenarios
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Convert manual regression scenarios to automated test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities during the SDLC
- Ensure automated tests are integrated and executed reliably in CI/CD environments
- Work as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software in two-week sprints
- Identify, troubleshoot, and thoroughly document issues during bug tracking
- Perform functional and non-functional testing
- Reproduce and recreate issues
- Define tasks and initiate QA efforts independently in an Agile team
- Document software issues and enhancement requests
- Assist development with concise, detailed defect duplication steps during manual functional, integration, and regression testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 Years of solid experience within Software testing
- JAVA or any related programming language (one at least)
- Hands-on git command line
- Experience with Rest Assured Framework and API testing
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, testing types, tools, and processes
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to details
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Teamwork
- Project tracking tools
- Agile familiar and have the ability to remote work
- Travel and Tourism experience is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
