About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deliver new features for mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android
- Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from specification to production
- Work with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while ensuring code quality
- Apply Spec-Driven Development practices using tools such as OpenSpec or similar
- Contribute to application architecture and state management using Riverpod
- Develop and maintain automated unit, widget, and integration tests
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams in an international environment
- Share technical knowledge and support other engineers through mentoring and code reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3 years working with Flutter
- Strong experience developing and maintaining mobile applications published on the App Store and Google Play
- Solid knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and state management, preferably Riverpod (BLoC or Provider experience is also valued)
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development approaches and tools such as OpenSpec or GitHub Spec Kit
- Experience with automated testing (unit, widget, and integration tests)
- Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and REST APIs
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
