Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it
  • Fluent in Spanish (bilingual English/Spanish); required for this position
  • Reliable availability in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings
  • Experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or other roles working with children
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes and schools
  • Physically able to bend, move, and remain active; able to lift approximately 50 pounds
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
