About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent certification
- Nationally certified Behavior Analyst
- BCBA trainee may be considered with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license
- Willingness to supervise and mentor RBTs
- Ability to review data and client progress
- Ability to edit programs and develop meaningful goals
- Commitment to assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication
- Visa/work authorization eligibility as specified in the application form: U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or eligible for a TN Visa, or otherwise requiring sponsorship
