About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable

- Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active LBA license
- Experience providing ABA services
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care
- Current CPR certification
- Must address U.S. employment visa sponsorship status in the application
