About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit across every function, including software engineering, product, operations, provider growth, marketing, customer success, and clinical leadership
Own the entire full-cycle hiring process
Work with founders and hiring managers to define roles and build candidate pipelines
Run interview processes and close exceptional candidates
Develop creative sourcing engines through community-building, referral systems, outbound campaigns, events, content, partnerships, and AI-powered workflows
Build candidate sourcing workflows and outreach sequences
Create interview scorecards and provide hiring manager training
Manage the ATS and pipeline reporting
Develop offer and closing processes
Partner with hiring managers to define strong candidate profiles, challenge assumptions, and improve interview quality
Communicate Alpaca Health’s mission, culture, and vision to candidates
Help determine future recruiting resources and specialization
Eventually help hire future recruiting team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates based in NYC or open to relocating
Open to working 5 days a week in the office
Experience recruiting across multiple functions, ideally including software engineering, product, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, or healthcare/clinical roles
Experience with creative sourcing, referrals, communities, events, research, and personalized outreach
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
Active use of AI for sourcing, outreach, research, screening, scheduling, and recruiting operations
Ability to build trust, understand motivations, navigate objections, and close candidates
Strong judgment and high standards for talent quality
High capacity for work and ability to move with urgency
Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or eligible for a TN Visa, or otherwise address employment visa sponsorship requirements
