About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and run campus recruiting at colleges and universities, focusing on psychology, education, speech/OT, social work and pre-health programs
  • Plan and staff job fairs and career events on campus and in the community
  • Establish partnerships with career centers, faculty, student organizations and RBT training programs
  • Create internship, practicum and student-to-RBT pathways
  • Help students without certification complete the 40-hour training and credentialing process
  • Track schools and events that produce hires, associated costs and where to invest next
  • Lead offshore RBT recruiters day to day by setting weekly targets, reviewing pipeline reports, coaching outreach and follow-up, and maintaining consistency
  • Collaborate with the Strategy & Ops team on priorities and hiring targets
  • In the first 90 days, produce a ranked school and program target list, open conversations with 10+ career centers or departments, schedule or attend at least one event or job fair, design a student-to-RBT pathway ready for pilot, and create a source, candidate and hire tracker

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience recruiting high-volume hourly or entry-level roles
  • Experience recruiting behavior technicians or RBTs, or in comparable high-volume healthcare, education or childcare hiring
  • Comfort cold-contacting career offices and building relationships with people who owe us nothing
  • Willingness to travel to campuses and events periodically, on an as-needed basis
  • Experience leading or coordinating recruiters, ideally a remote or offshore team
  • Clear, organized reporting on pipeline and cost per hire
  • Existing relationships with ABA, psychology or special education programs (nice to have)
  • Experience building a campus or early-career program from zero (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with RBT certification requirements (nice to have)
  • Must be based in the United States
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or eligible for a TN Visa; sponsorship may be required depending on status
