About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruitment: from job posting through to contract
  • Prepare and support onboarding processes
  • Manage social insurance (SVA) and pension fund (PK) matters, including changes and updates
  • Process sickness notifications and insurance claims
  • Handle all notifications to authorities and insurance providers
  • Process EO and RAV documentation
  • Organize and support employee performance and development discussions
  • Maintain personnel files and master employee data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial/business administration training with further HR qualifications (e.g., Swiss HR Specialist with Federal Diploma of Professional Education and Training) or equivalent experience
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance and personnel administration
  • Independent, accurate, and discreet working style
  • Empathy when working with employees and managers
  • Very good command of German
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
