About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively contact the assigned customer portfolio, following planned routes and established service scripts
Schedule virtual meetings, ensuring the organization of the sales calendar
Manage any visit cancellations, promptly informing consultants and the team and actively rescheduling appointments
Track and manage personal performance indicators related to scheduling, analyses, sales, and follow-up
Record and update the visit schedule on management platforms and corporate calendars (Google and Justech)
Register and update policyholders and members in the current systems, ensuring data integrity
Serve as a technical resource in training new employees, providing guidance on operational practices and workflows
