About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the communication plan for each implementation project
Ensure beneficiaries are engaged and understand newly contracted products and services
Understand the context, profile, and product being implemented to deliver effective, personalized communication
Develop the communication strategy for each project in partnership with the client
Prepare communication plans with suggestions for materials, channels, and formats appropriate for each audience
Create materials, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and visual content aligned with the company’s brand identity and the client’s guidelines
Lead lectures, training sessions, and presentations online or in person
Hold Q&A sessions for policyholders and partner teams
Collaborate with the Implementation, Operations, Materials Layout, Administration, Client Relations, and Technology teams
Ensure systems and records are accurate before products and materials are communicated
Become familiar with Alper’s internal services and products to ensure communications are consistent and accurate
Monitor implementations and adjust communication as projects progress
Organize and update communication materials and templates
Propose improvements and innovations to engagement and communication strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Experience as a speaker or presenter at an insurance brokerage or insurance company
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and materials layout systems
Knowledge of insurers’ products, differentiators, and services
Knowledge of ANS and SUSEP regulations
Clear communication, professional presentation, and public-speaking skills
